We went on a hike in a meadow near Mt Rose and AMAZING there was still like 3 feet of snow at the tree line. We ended up walking across a stream that was and the snow thinned at one point an poor Ba fell into the ICE RIVER!!! You can see the wet line on his t shirt in the pic with just Nana! Poor Ba but nothing was hurt so that is really all that matters!! I was totally prepared for the snow with my Chaco sandals :) Love it!!!Sunday, July 3, 2011
Hike in the Snow???
We went on a hike in a meadow near Mt Rose and AMAZING there was still like 3 feet of snow at the tree line. We ended up walking across a stream that was and the snow thinned at one point an poor Ba fell into the ICE RIVER!!! You can see the wet line on his t shirt in the pic with just Nana! Poor Ba but nothing was hurt so that is really all that matters!! I was totally prepared for the snow with my Chaco sandals :) Love it!!!
