just the opposite occured...he FREAKED OUT!!!! It was aweful...I am a bad mom!!! I had to convince him that the pirate candels on the cake were not fireworks and that they were not going to pop, or explode or whatever before he would get near the cake and blow them out himself!! But it was a ton of fun and it is so fun to see Tyler enjoying his friends!!! Oh and the kite pics...another gifr from Unc and Becca....and it took us so many tries to have enough wind to get it to fly that he decided he was done with it and wouldn't fly it when we finally got it up...he is so FUNNY!!!Friday, July 10, 2009
Birthday Number Two
Tyler had a great birthday in Disneyland as you can see (previous entry) but was super sick for about 10 days after we got home. And then had a cold after he got better...rough month for the little man... but when June rolled around the party started again. We had our GGma (great grandma from Reno) visit and also our Mummo and Pappa who brought toys and lots of smiles!! He got a wood train set from Nana and Ba and then had a pirate birthday with friends....and we got to use a bouncy house Tyler had been given as a gift on his first birthday from our family friend, Unc!!! It was a ton of fun except for the 20 minutes where we tried out sparklers and the pop its...Tyler HATES fireworks but I thought with all the other kids enjoying it he might loose his aversion....
